Global Humanity

After years of working with generations of children and families who had survived the trauma of U.S immigration by legal and illegal means and knowing the reverberations that can last generations; I had a very profound reaction to the separation and caging of thousands of children at our southern border. (2018). As time has passed and the genocide and mass migrations around the world continue to concern me. Although all are victims, it is the women  and children who often suffer the most.  (Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, Sudan)  We are all immigrants to the land at one time. Let us embrace our global humanity and find peace. These are the paintings done since that time to now.
